Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.
We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages.
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please keep in mind we are a small business and we ship once a week. Our shipping day is Thursday.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. This does not include major holidays, weekends or postal holidays.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do ship internationally. Please note however that due to customs procedures in different countries, shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs, duties and tax fees depending on your destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The purchaser or end customer is responsible for these fee
